How cancelling works, and when we will refund you.
Paid plans are not open yet
There is nothing to buy on this site today, so there is nothing to refund. This page describes the policy that will apply when paid plans open, so it is on the record before anyone is asked to pay.
Cancelling a subscription
You will be able to cancel at any time in your account settings. Cancelling stops the next payment and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
We will not make you email us or telephone anyone to cancel.
Refunds
If something is broken on our side, or you were charged in error, write to support@siamocktest.uk and we will refund you.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you normally have 14 days to change your mind about a digital service. Where you have asked to start using it immediately, that right can be reduced, and the checkout will say so plainly before you agree to anything.
