What we are aiming for, what is in place today, and what is still missing.

What we are aiming for

We are building this site to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. That is a commitment about the finished product, and the site is still being built, so this page will change as more of it exists.

What is in place today

Every interactive element has a visible keyboard focus ring and a touch target of at least 44 pixels. A skip link is the first thing in the tab order on every page.

Text colours are checked against their background for contrast, and the checks run as part of our test suite rather than by eye.

The site works down to a 320 pixel wide screen without sideways scrolling, and it respects a reduced motion preference.

Correct and incorrect states never rely on colour alone. They carry an icon and a text label as well.

Known gaps

A full audit with assistive technology has not been done yet. It is on the checklist before launch, and this page will list whatever it finds rather than quietly dropping it.

Audio versions of questions and explanations are planned but are not built yet.

Telling us about a problem

If something here is hard to use, write to support@siamocktest.uk and tell us what you were trying to do. We would rather hear about it.
